What's the Big Leap in Training?
We know there's no such thing as speed, it's only strength. And what we call weak is actually lack of coordination. By offering vasterportions that might be a little bit above race pace and then backing off to one or two clicks below it, we then endow the athlete with the spectrum. Variability has a lot of import. We've seen this in studies where it's like athletes who play basketball or shoot baskets worl practise variables. Although it's easier for us cognitively to process things in big chunks and steady chunks, we love stability and we love predictability.
