"I had an absolute classic with a client who they so they had 11 beds. And they were, you know, waiting lists, they were always busy, but they were breaking even," he says. "They just had to knock a wall out and it would open up this big open area that they were charging out." It was going to cost them $15,000 to do the building work and renovations; each new reformer is now worth 90 grand per year. 'It's not all about the dollars on the bottom line,' she adds.
