How to Get Feedback as You Rise in Your Career
I think one thing that's helped me is to have strong beliefs loosely held and look for anyone who could who could really poke holes in my assumptions. I feel early in my career, I was very emphatic on if you do this, then you'll be more confident. But humans, we're not algorithms, it's more heuristics. We need perspectives. And so constantly questioning my own assumptions.
