If you are really not a person who likes to wake up early, and your alarm clock just makes you angry in the morning, then the goal is to very methodically and slowly work yourself into an earlier morning routeen. And so i have actually some real life experience stories here to talk about from this morning. Yesterday was difficult day for me, so i said, ok, i going to give myself six o'clock instead of five. At about 6 30 suddenly both my kids were up. And so that time that i had planned specifically to work on something was then suddenly gone, or at least derailed. Then i had to get back on the train.
