After red light therapy, I started realizing that any amount of heat that I feel outside would instantly just bank all my pores instantly wet. You feel like you are 100% alive from every area when you're on red light therapy for a consistent while. And then next up aligning with circadian rhythm, which also ties into the sleep, just helps to maintain a standard even biological clock that isn't all over the place. So. An interesting one that I remember is it felt like my body held water differently. It's literally as if some of my follicles were clogged and I were only sweating from certain areas, but now I'm sweating profusely from it. Does that make sense
