Is Running Safe for People With Osteosteasradis?
Running is safe for people with neosteasradis, and it doesn't appear to accelerate progression. Some people will occasionally need a short period of time away from running. If we do too much running, we can develop a condition called relative energy deficiency. And that can lead to all sorts of health implications in both males and females when it comes to bone health.
