How to Create New Relationships When You're Lonely
Good relationships are associated with staying healthier as well as being happier. When you lose your health, you don't have the energy or the mood to feel like reaching out to other people. So there's a kind of vicious cycle that can develop in the other direction. One idea is to try to do things that you love to do or you care about and see if that's a way to develop new relationships.
