The Importance of Empathy as a Leader
A leader's empathy is geared towards the greater good of the group. Queen Elizabeth I was an immensely empathetic person but in a terrible position as a female ruler at a time that women weren't supposed to rule. If you need the group to work harder and they're slagging off, etc., you need to lead from the front.
