The Importance of Diet in Longevity
Longevity is like the high end thing. Most people, honestly, most people think longevity is keep reasonably slim and go to the gym. Sometimes yes, but actually diet is by far and away the biggest influence in all of this. Some people are going to be able to stay slim, even though they're eating in a way that is a hundred percent destroying them from the inside. And so you may not see what's happening to your arteries, but it's happening because if you're elevating your glucose, whether you get fat or not, you have all that stuff gumming up the system.
