Mindfulness and Meditation
When you realize the fact that everything changes, and find your composure in it, then you experience nirvana. Nirvana ist in the himalayas. And it's not some great to attain. So mindfulness and meditation isn't a grim duty. It's an invitation to presence and graciousness. You take your seat as the buddha and say, yes, as the wise one, this is the way that it is. The bodyis like this. Pleasure, pain, gain and loss. Nothing can be repeated.
