i'll e il train a five days a we week, most of the times, sometimes six. It's usually like two days of the week i'm doing linear sprinting,. One day i'm just working straight, side to side. There are all different variations that will kind of overrlaying and overlap themselves. If you if you do it enough, your body will adapt to that. I see the volume of stuff that those people do, what i'm like, that would break me down. But in the other sense, i'm so used to doing the speed training and and doing it regularly, that might make them ssore. Who knows?
