The Importance of Predictability in Strength Training
strength versus hypertrophy training is, like at least just off the top of my head I think a lot of people that advocate for reactive deal with are a little bit more in that hypertrophy sphere. If we're just focus on strength for a second the way that I think about it is that predictability, momentum and keeping the lifter as healthy as possible is going to be the number one predictor of success over a long enough time scale. And I would also say that they're not mutually exclusive.
