Diet is so important for our monabalic healt, especially for onew women too. Women are under eating protein across the board. I don't know if it's the less women that meat is like more of a manly thing,. But i find tha when i have patients do it 20 for our dietary recall, and i calculate how much protein they're getting in a day, most of them are not even getting the recommended daily allowance. Minimum levels upto 60 grams per pound of body weight. That's a lot of protein to wrap their minds around.
