Are Elections for Rolls a Good Idea?
I've seen working groups, circles, whatever you want to call them, choose leads for their group. I haven't seen other rolls experimenting with this at orka right now,. We have liked pod lead, facilitator, delegate, because we're trying to do double linking and all that stuff. Sometimes there just aren't enough peopleye to take on these rolls. Or maybe we're just trying to force a group into rolls that don't quite fit. But we're definitely experimenting without using consent based models but i definitely haven't seen it as much. And i actually think one of the main reasons, and rodney, i'm curious if this gets at the second point you're going
