Sometimes we're in situations where we just choose to stay in the conflict. So it's not that we're saying for sure that conflict is bad. It's just the question being, you know, how do we help conflicts come to a good resolution when they can? How do we bound conflicts and reduce their impact on us if we can't end them?

All of our relationships include some conflict, the big question is how skillfully we handle that conflict when it appears. Dr. Rick Hanson joins Forrest to walk us through some effective ways to deal with common forms of interpersonal conflict.
