Are You Creating a Better Culture?
The company was always planned to be remote work for a couple of corps reasons. One is that we would never be able to access the talent necessary to accomplish our mission if it was restricted to an office in boston or another city. The second piece of it is that, for at least five years before that, i had been working in a hybrid remote. And i almost had a bit of resentment that the companies that i worked for didnt, weren't progressive enough,. didn't see the benefits of doing that to allow me to do remote on my own.
