Some people have drawn that we might expect the universe is going to last less long. Do you think that's kind of a sound inference or draw? I mean, again, it all turns on this massive speculation about the motives of simulators. There could be so many shutdown conditions. They possibly end an argument they're trying to make. But I don't know, I think there are so many possible termination conditions that I'm not sure I'd get particularly worried about it happening in the next hundred years. It seems like there's some decent chance that it will be shut down before we reach like a billion years into the future,. which might give someone like a bit more reason for urgency.
