I find that if I don't eat Like five hours before I go to sleep. It's not so much about sunset or not, it's the amount of time before you go to sleep If it's more than five hours before he goes to sleep I wake up in middle of the night and my sleep mat metrics go down. That's bad for me because then I'm like Oh Shit my blood glucose is too low. He also finds eating closer to bedtime can help him get a good night's sleep.
