I encourage people to pick something that's very achievable and relatively easy. So I actually have chosen two things for my 60-day challenge. One of them sounds ridiculous, but then I saw that someone posted this on the Facebook group. The second one is a gym challenge where you must do 30 minutes every day. And it can be on the bike or any other exercise at all.
