The Importance of Making a Difference
I think as a leader, i hear in the sydney practise, but more widely in asia fic. I will absolutely call it out and say, well, why are we doing this? Why don't we do something different that's actually going to make a difference? Because a lot of organizations ar don't necessarily ask that why question. So again, that for me, is significanc as wanting to make sure that what we do as value and makes a difference... And if something doesn't have an impact, that's not worth doing.
