The Importance of a Five Year Plan

I think future focused people, when they talk about future focus, they're talking about long term beneficial goals. I guess the whole goal notion of sitting down and making a five year plan to me is terrifying. There's very few things I would less rather do than that. And I don't know why like what is what is it about that that seems so off putting? Um, you have a what let me ask you this. You probably have a one year and five year plan for your kids. Sure. You know where you want them to be. But that's a little more that's alittle more laid out like that.
