I'm not a big fan of fasting I routinely tell people that you know no one over the age of 50 should ever fast because you're going to lose muscle mass in fasting. You don't want to waste all the amino acids on generating your ATP so that's why we always do blended meals and have meal replacement shakes with carbs and fat in them. Just getting protein it's kind of a waste of protein god if that makes.
