How to Do an Offset Farmer's Walk
One variation of an offset farmer's walk would be a suitcase carry, just holding one dumbbell or one kettlebell in one hand and not leaning. Or you could hold a heavier dumbbell or kettlebell on one side, a lighter weight on the other side is another way of doing it. You can change the position of the load on one side.
