Emma says she's always putting herself under pressure to get it right every day. She fluctuates a couple of kilograms either side of goal. This leads to an all or nothing mindset, which I'm trying very hard to switch out of. One thing would be to have a diet break. And the other thing is this: If you're having to work that much and lose weight anyway, when you do that, sometimes you lose weight anyway. It just depends on your limitations. You could maybe do rope crunches. That might be an option as well. There's probably three straight out the bat for you. Do you get any steps? Oh, do you want to answer?
