Is that product aware or is that solution aware when I'm in that stage? Most marketers assume their audience goes straight from problem aware to buying. That's not how it works. And you had to have some relationship with Mac beforehand to think straight to yourself, I want to go and buy that. It's not like you came in cold to that situation.
