The first number I give if I'm giving you something like 3x3 or 5x2 is the number of sets. So at a set of 3 you're asked a set of three, you're asking a set of Three. As you get a little bit better we have to add load that's why I like 532 so much ascending weight. Those are ladders generally with if I'm working on bigger lifts I like to go the opposite way. There's no magic in any of it, you're just getting working.
