As long as your intention is clear and your motivation is pure, you have a self belief about it. You have got a powerful concoction that can literally heal anything or bring anything to you. I went into this retreat with the intention of learning how his methods can be applied to the treatment of ADHD. And spoiler alert, these meditations really do help. They help me at least.
