One issue that has reared it its ugly head over the years of courses is this whole area of gastro intestinal discomfort, which can really be a real problem for more than just a very small number of people. There's no poin, you know, consuming x amount of carbohydrate if it's going to cause you a lot of gastro intestional distress. It's about really tryiing to find that balance of how much can i consume whilst minimizing any sort of gasto intational distress? Absolutely yes.
