If somebody doesn't have snoring and they're having normal weight, the chances of them having sleep apnea are pretty low. The fact that air is moving tells you that it's not sleep apnea. It's what happens at the end of the snoring. Some people can get a tennis ball or two and sew it into an old t-shirt to remind them to get off their back.
