Every department has different levels of budgeting sign off authority. People get enamoured with these big titles that folks have and what they're involved with. And then basically understanding the goals, rolls and priorities of each individual level. So if you look it from ma a micro like sea level, to it could be vice president, director, manager and user. Every single one of those rolls, or i should say, titles, has different k p es,. Usually two to three things that they're measured on and they get their bonus on.
