I Love Coffee and Antioxidants and I Love Them
I think most, a lot of people here still consume a lot of red meat and processed meat. I would say take an antioxidant as well or try to get antioxidants from extracts. One espresso a day is associated with positive outcomes for brain health and dementia later in life. And it's a fantastic source of antioxidants and coffee. Do you have any answers? I have my time.
