There's a lot of value when we talk about the objective, there are measurements that you can use. Pulse surveys to evaluate your teams, to understand how they're feeling. Are you measuring representation across your organization? But similarly, in some instances, sometimes the things that we do are like indoor plumbing. We don't always cost it out.
