I was a bit resistant in that coaching session, right? I wasn't the easiest person to coach. But you know, I wasn't going to pretend it was a hungry doe. We just it was fully a legitimate coaching session. So I was being who I am within it. And the other thing was, I think that what changed it around, we'll actually I'll leave that up to you.
