Tension in the muscles, some self criticism, resistance and curiosity. Good aches for wishing to avoid - discomfort then release. A mixed feeling tones, a mixture, a flutter, a body hum again. The chest felt open and pleasant. It's ocate dislike this rather eye opening expression that we're using. Didn't really feel anything. Made you anxious. You weren't doing it right?
