We jump to those negative conclusions sos like you have some kind of frustration or observation about your life. We go straight to the murphy's law assumption, if the bad thing is possible,. If the bad outcome is possible, it will happen to me. So i don't know about you, but i'm over being negative in any sense. It's draining. It's not helpful. And so i'm like at war with negative thinking, pessimistic assumptions. And i think i've goten pretty good at countering it in one simple way. Here's all i do it' super simple.
