I have tried to get some various pieces of equipment that would help in all the stuff that I said about the body of movement. So, for example, I have a 30 foot rope hanging from a tree and I encourage the children to go up it. And so I will have the children. I'll read a chapter of a book, takes about 10 or 15 minutes while they finish eating and then send everyone outside to play. It's a play for them, but that's a great way to build strength as far as I can see."
