How Did You Start to Think About Animals and Climate Change?
We slaughter about 66 billion animals a year. When they breathe, they respire carbon. With the climate change, it's about 51% of greenhouse gas emissions from lifestyle. So that's why this livestock issue is so important to focus on. And I wanted to create a plant-based McDonald's in my 20s and late 20s.
