The Power of Yoga for PTSD
Yoga was both for me and for the veterans, such a gift because you could see in an hour and a half. Yep, their faces soften. Yes. Their breath soften and deepen relaxation happen. And so to, you know, in the world of therapy, I think most therapists will relate to this is we don't often get a lot of short term returns on what we do right it takes some time for us to experience that shift in people.
