When i can kind of routinely hitting about a kilometer in that three minute stretch, i know i'm getting to that point where i'm act kind of like my historic capacity there. Once i kind of do that, the thing i am also considering within the context of this is it's not necessarily like four or five, maybe six weeks continually building up. This can be like something that's a a bit stressful on your body as you're accumulating more volume here. So ot of times in the context, so that i might do wha i call like a d load week.
