How to Dealing With Stuff in the Moment
The third practice is to replace what you've released with some positive alternative. That's partly where this idea of matching the resources you're growing to the nature of the challenge and terms of the need that addressed, is really useful. You can do what i call linking, in which you're aware of both positive and negative in your mind at the same time. And since norons that fire together wire together, when you're weare of two things at once it will gradually soothe and ease and even replace the negative material overtime.
