The Biggest Barriers to Trust and Collaboration
The Roy family is not like that. But what do you find to be the biggest barriers when you're looking at all this social research? I think number one is a lack of psychological safety as Amy Adminson would describe it, that people are afraid that if they speak up, they're going to be punished in some way. People just have their own personal goals that supersede group goals. There’s a selfish agenda there and people are focused on what's going to allow them to get ahead and achieve their objectives rather than advance the group.
