i like to call it an information system for an organization. I had so much conten an was very honest about that in the beginning, because i tried to squeeze the most portant bit of his six weeks coaching programme into forty five minutes. Was a bit crazy, but i think it worked. The first one is to need to build a hierarchy of maps, a journey map, repository. Think of a journey map as a map in geography, where you can zoom out and zoom in. Can zoom out, take a look at the whole continent.
