A study that looked at weigt loss maintenance. Compared a thousand versus two thousand calories burnt durin walking over a week. And interestingly, in line with other work in this area, there didn't seem to be a difference between the two. So you essentially got this hugely diminishing returns above ly a thousand calories per week walking and e i think it was, was it brisk walking? That's potentially a different study i'm thinking of.
