Don't Talk. Just Listen.
Don't talk. Ask a lot of questions, doesn't count as talking, but don't go into explanations. If compliments happen, you have to ignore them and point out that they're not wanted. So if a customer continues to compliment everything you do, the data will not help you. I'm trying to figure out whatis what's wrong, not what is great. Thats ar with avoiding people who are trying to please you. It doesn't move you forward.
