The Effects of Caloric Deficit on Weight Loss

The reason why you sweat or don't sweat in a given workout is due to the ambient temperature, your previous conditioning level, previous environment, density, exposure. To the extent that you are in a caloric deficit, you will not stop losing weight. Most of the metabolic changes come from a reduction in what's called NEET (non-exercise activity), which just refers to your daily activity moving around.
