I'm wondering, have you looked at any of the research on dairy and acney? Know that there are a few studies, or observational studies, that suggest a link here. Mye idid am actually, for like a, i was basically presenting, or asked to present at a skin confrence a number of years ago,. On just nutrition factors in in skin, a kind of health and influence. This is obviously kind of one of these m it's, eYes, yes, it's, it's also something that i think should be well researched and potentially standardized.

In Episode #225 I sit down with Alan Flanagan, PhD to discuss the health implications of consuming dairy.
