How to Train a Shorter Position for Triceps

You might not want to be in any form of shoulder extension. Hold that position relatively stable as you go through elbow extension, because you can get potentially more load in that position. One of the difficulties as well, sometimes that you'll say to a client, you know, trying to find out where's their end range extension in their shoulder. For a lot of people, they don't know how to keep other joints still. So if you really ask someone to go into loads of extension, often what happens is the front of their shoulder is going to really round on them.
