The First Successful Security Attack on Talk Talk Systems

This is the first successful sive attack on talk talk systems. And i would say that we are attacked every day in multiple different ways. There was a, um, it was an itisiber secure urity breach, but a personal personnel security issue in one of our outside provides. Those are the three that i'm aware of that are in the public domain. How would you describe to your customers, what the difference between a side security attack and a and a personal data breach?
