Time under tension is all that's going to matter. You can use really, really heavy weights or you can use very slow pace as well. Sometimes i do like a super set, where i'll do one muscle, another muscle, another Muscle and not take a passive rest. In general, we use about 30 seconds. That'st the standard one that we use in our lab.
