Wake Up Time

We're looking to create a life where we largely do wake up at around the same time with a margin that moves out kind of plus or minus say like 30 minutes, maybe max if something was really crazy than I before. The stronger your circadian rhythm is, the more likely you do actually just continue to wake up at that same time regardless. So it's really what we're training for without too much variance.
